At EJAZ we are developing specific guidelines for our creative and sourcing teams aimed at guiding their practices, promoting a sustainability culture, encouraging the selection of the most responsible options currently available, and seeking out alternatives which align with our environmental and social values.

To decrease the environmental impacts associated with leather garment production, we are working to transition its key product materials to more sustainable alternatives whilst always maintaining our unmistakable DNA.

With incremental changes for right now, and larger goals for the future, our sustainability efforts are always growing. We recognise we have a responsibility towards our planet, and the people involved in making our clothes, we see it as our responsibility not only to deliver utmost quality products but also to make the customers wearing them feel good about it, in the knowledge that we have carefully considered the materials used as well as the processes involved in creating our collections for them.

EJAZ champions women's leadership

Our commitment to women's empowerment is a core value. Over 50% of our workforce are women from the local community, driving innovation and contributing significantly to EJAZ's success.
